Do you need website updates or a full redesign?

A photo or contact-detail change may only need a small update. An awkward section can be redesigned on its own. A full rebuild makes sense when both the design and content no longer suit the business.

Small website updates

For content changes without changing the page structure.

Up to 3 simple edits on one page.
Replace supplied text, photos, phone numbers or links.
You provide ready-to-use text and images.
Check the edited areas on desktop and mobile.

Section redesign

From RM688

For a hero section, service introduction or contact section that needs a new layout.

Redesign up to 2 sections on one page.
Reorganise existing copy, images and contact links.
Adjust those sections for desktop and mobile.
A full-page rebuild or complex new functionality is not included.

Full redesign / rebuild

From RM2,288

For a website whose design and content no longer reflect the business.

Up to 5 standard content pages.
Refresh the design, navigation and existing information.
Desktop, tablet and mobile layouts.
WhatsApp contact links and one standard enquiry form.
Basic search titles and descriptions; review existing URLs that should be kept.

All prices are starting prices for a single-language website, in Malaysian ringgit. Final scope, applicable taxes, third-party fees and any recurring costs are confirmed in the quotation before work starts.

I can help with websites on platforms such as WordPress, Wix and EasyStore, subject to an initial review. Access and editing limits vary by platform; not every theme, platform or issue can be modified directly.

Additional work, priced separately

Additional standard page: From RM350/page, using the agreed website design.
Functional repairs: From RM288. Broken forms, site errors and speed problems are assessed before the repair scope and price are confirmed.
Platform changes / migration: Quoted separately according to data volume, existing features and migration requirements.
Basic Chinese–English version: From an additional RM1,200; larger page counts or content volumes require assessment.

What is not included

Online stores, membership systems, complex booking schedules or calculators.
Paid themes, software, platform subscriptions, domain and hosting.
Professional photography, video or extensive copywriting.
Data migration, extra pages or features not listed in the quotation.

What to prepare

Your existing website link and platform, if known.
A change list, ideally with screenshots.
Replacement text and photos, plus your preferred completion date.

For the initial enquiry, send the public website link and an outline of the work. Administrator access is arranged only when needed; do not send passwords through the enquiry form.

How the project works

1. Discuss and confirmReview the existing website and your change list, then agree on scope, price and timing.
2. Preview and depositA full redesign includes one free static homepage hero-section mockup after needs and budget are confirmed. Small updates and add-on work do not include it. Approve the direction, then pay a 50% deposit to begin.
3. Build and reviewTwo consolidated revision rounds within the agreed scope. New pages, features or a change of direction are quoted separately.
4. Confirm and launchCheck the agreed pages, links and forms, then pay the balance before launch. For 30 days afterwards, I will correct issues caused by my work within the agreed scope; new requests are separate.

Small updates usually take 1–3 working days; a full redesign usually takes 10–15 working days. Section redesigns and repairs are scheduled after review. Work begins once the materials, scope and deposit are confirmed, with a completion date agreed in advance.

Monthly website care — a separate, optional service

RM99 / month, minimum 12 months — RM1,188 in total.

Routine checks, applicable updates and one batch of small content changes per month, up to 30 minutes. You can enquire even if someone else built your website; the platform, access and site condition are reviewed first.

Frequently asked questions

Can I enquire if I do not know which platform my website uses?

Yes. Send the link and explain what you want changed. I will review the website and tell you what access is needed.

Is redesigning an existing site always cheaper than a new build?

No. Small updates can be priced narrowly, but a full redesign may also involve old content, functionality and URL changes. An existing website does not automatically mean less work.

Can you improve a website without rebuilding everything?

Yes, if the platform and existing setup allow it. Supplied text, photos or links may only need a small update. A service, homepage or contact section can sometimes be redesigned on its own. I review the site first so the quote is for the work you actually need.

Will all my existing page addresses change?

Not by default. We will review which pages and URLs should stay. If changes are needed, the redirect and migration scope will be agreed first. Large migrations are assessed separately.

Do small updates include a free homepage mockup?

No. The free preview applies to full redesign or rebuild projects. After discussing the requirements and confirming the budget, you receive one static homepage hero-section mockup—not a complete website or working prototype.

Can you guarantee first-page rankings or immediate enquiries?

No. I will deliver the agreed design, functionality and checks, but rankings, traffic and enquiries also depend on content, competition, promotion and other factors.
