50% before work begins. The remaining 50% is due after your approval and before the website goes live.

Domain and hosting fees are not included in the website build fee. They are registered and renewed in your name.

Additional pages start from RM350 per page. A basic Chinese–English bilingual website is an additional RM1,200. Other requirements will be discussed and quoted separately.

Can we start if my copy is not ready?
Yes. Once you provide your basic business information, I can help structure the pages and refine your core sales copy.
Can I display my treatment prices?
Yes. We can show a full price list, starting prices or a WhatsApp enquiry option, depending on how you sell your services.
Can I update the website myself?
Yes. The website is built with WordPress and an easy-to-manage structure. The care plan also includes one small content update each month.
Can you guarantee a first-page Google ranking?
No. Basic SEO, titles, descriptions and sitemap submission are included, but rankings also depend on competition, content, time and website reputation.
Who owns the domain and hosting?
They are registered in your name. You own them and pay their renewal fees directly, rather than having them held in the website designer’s name.
Does this include an online booking system?
The standard package includes an enquiry route such as WhatsApp, not a complex scheduling or payment system. Any additional booking features need to be scoped and quoted separately.
