Penang Head Spa Website Case Study
A five-page website for a Penang head spa and scalp-care business, bringing service information, the brand story and booking details together.

Help visitors understand the services before they book.
A visitor looking for a relaxing head spa may need different information from someone exploring scalp care. The website separates service information, the business background, results and reviews, and contact details so visitors can find what is relevant to them.
What I worked on
- Planned a five-page structure around the information visitors need before contacting the business.
- Organised service descriptions, business information and existing images into clear page sections.
- Built desktop and mobile layouts with WhatsApp booking and enquiry links.
- Connected the pages so visitors can move between services, the business story and contact information.
How the pages are organised
- HomeIntroduces the business and provides routes to the services and WhatsApp booking.
- ServicesGroups head spa and scalp-care information into distinct service categories.
- AboutIntroduces the founder and the background of the business.
- Results & ReviewsPresents the business’s own care records and customer feedback.
- ContactBrings together the location, opening hours and enquiry options.
Design priorities: clear information and a straightforward next step.
Two service needs, two clear routes
I kept relaxation-focused head spa and scalp-care information in separate service sections. The home page introduces the business; the Services page lets visitors explore the type of care they are looking for.
The business story has its own page
The About page introduces the founder and business background, rather than adding a long biography to every service description. Visitors can learn about the business without losing their place in the service information.
Reviews stay in context
Care records and the business’s customer feedback sit together on Results & Reviews. They are separate from the service explanations, so visitors can choose when to explore those details.
A clear route from reading to booking
I placed WhatsApp links alongside routes to service and contact information. The Contact page brings the location, opening hours and enquiry options together; visitors do not have to start a conversation just to find those basics.
Explore the live website
You can explore the live pages to see the content and enquiry options in context. The link opens in a new tab.
