We can work together remotely. After discussing your needs and confirming the package budget, I’ll show you one free homepage design preview. Approve the direction before paying a deposit for the full website.
The usual turnaround is 10–15 working days after all materials, the design direction and the deposit are confirmed. Your project schedule will be agreed before work starts.

What is the total budget for a business website?
The five-page website costs RM2,288 as a one-time fee. Domain and hosting are paid separately. Website care is optional—not a compulsory monthly fee.
Domain and hosting
Your domain is your web address. Hosting is the service that stores your website and keeps it online.
Estimated first payment: RM430–580, excluding tax. Based on current offers, this covers four years of hosting and one year of a standard .com domain—not four years of both.
While your hosting is prepaid, a standard .com domain still needs to be renewed each year, currently at around RM80 per year.
After the hosting offer ends, allow approximately RM400–500 per year for domain and hosting renewals.
Before you buy, I will explain the actual cost, the period covered and the renewal price. You can confirm these first. The domain and hosting will be registered in your name.
Website care: optional
RM99 per month. No compulsory subscription. Choose this if you would like help with routine small updates and website maintenance. If selected, the minimum term is 12 months.
You still need to renew your domain and hosting even if you do not choose a care plan. The care fee does not cover domain or hosting fees, major redesigns or complex new features.

Additional pages start from RM350 per page. A basic Chinese–English bilingual website costs an additional RM1,200. Other requirements will be explained and quoted separately before work begins.

Yes. I will first learn about your business, then help organise your existing information into clear, easy-to-read website content.
What if I do not have professional photos?
We can begin with suitable photos you already have. Professional photography can be discussed separately if required.
Can I update the website myself after it is completed?
Yes. The website is built with WordPress, so basic text and images can be updated later.
Is this suitable for other industries?
Yes. The page structure and content will be planned around your industry, customers and services.
What should I look for when choosing a web designer in Penang?

Can we work together if my business is outside Penang?
Yes. I’m based in Penang and provide website design services remotely across Malaysia. Business details, photos, design previews and feedback can be shared through WhatsApp or online discussions, without needing to meet in person.
Are domain and hosting included in RM2,288?
No. RM2,288 is the one-time website design and build fee. Domain and hosting are charged separately. The estimated first payment is RM430–580, excluding tax. Do I have to pay a monthly fee after launch?
No compulsory monthly care fee applies. Website care is optional at RM99 per month, with a minimum term of 12 months if selected. You still need to renew your domain and hosting according to their billing terms. While hosting is prepaid, a standard .com domain renews at around RM80 per year. Once the hosting offer ends, allow approximately RM400–500 per year for both renewals, subject to the actual renewal prices.
