What the package includes
- Up to 5 main pages, such as Home, About, Product Catalogue, FAQ and Contact.
- An initial 20 products in up to 5 categories, each with its own detail page.
- Up to 3 client-supplied photos per product, with basic compression and cropping.
- Product names, specifications and descriptions; prices can be shown if needed.
- Product-name search and category browsing.
- WhatsApp enquiry links prefilled with the product name and link.
- One standard contact form and simple administration instructions.
- Desktop, tablet and mobile layouts; basic search titles, descriptions and indexing setup.
All prices are starting prices for a single-language website, in Malaysian ringgit. Final scope, applicable taxes, third-party fees and any recurring costs are confirmed in the quotation before work starts.

The 20 product detail pages are in addition to the 5 main pages. Customers enquire through the product’s WhatsApp link or the standard contact form. Your business confirms prices, stock and delivery afterwards.

A simple product uses the agreed layout with complete supplied information. Selectable variations, complex specifications, data cleaning and large imports require assessment.
What is not included
- Online payments, automatic shipping calculations or online order processing.
- Inventory synchronisation, member pricing or complex colour, size and price combinations.
- Automatic formal quotation documents or accounting integrations.
- Professional product photography, extensive information research or ongoing product updates.
- Domain, hosting, platform subscriptions and paid software.
What to prepare
- Business information, contact details and your logo, if available.
- A product list, categories, photos, specifications and short descriptions.
- Whether to show prices, plus the email address and WhatsApp number for enquiries.
For the initial enquiry, send the public website link and an outline of the work. Administrator access is arranged only when needed; do not send passwords through the enquiry form.
How the project works
- 1. Discuss and confirmReview the site or product information, then agree on scope, price and timing.
- 2. Preview and depositA new catalogue website includes one free static homepage hero-section mockup after needs and budget are confirmed. Small updates and add-on work do not include it. Approve the direction, then pay a 50% deposit to begin.
- 3. Build and reviewTwo consolidated revision rounds within the agreed scope. New pages, features or a change of direction are quoted separately.
- 4. Confirm and launchCheck the agreed pages, links and forms, then pay the balance before launch. For 30 days afterwards, I will correct issues caused by my work within the agreed scope; new requests are separate.
Usually 15–20 working days after the materials, design direction and deposit are confirmed. Content volume and features affect the schedule, which will be agreed before work begins.
Monthly website care — a separate, optional service
RM99 / month, minimum 12 months — RM1,188 in total.
Routine checks, applicable updates and one batch of small content changes per month, up to 30 minutes. You can enquire even if someone else built your website; the platform, access and site condition are reviewed first.

Do the 20 products count towards the five pages?
No. The five are main website pages. The initial 20 products each have a detail page in addition to those main pages.
Is this an online store with checkout?
No. It is a catalogue and enquiry website. Your business confirms prices, stock and delivery after receiving the request. It does not automatically collect payments, reserve stock or issue formal quotations.
Do WhatsApp buttons send messages automatically?
No. A single-item enquiry button opens WhatsApp with the product name and link prefilled. The customer reviews and sends it.
Are size options and different prices included?
The base package covers simple products. One separate product record counts as one product. Selectable colours, sizes, price combinations or complex specifications need a separate assessment.
Can I add products myself after launch?
Yes, through the applicable administration area, with simple operating instructions provided. Additional done-for-you listings, data preparation and ongoing updates are not automatically included in the build fee.
Can you add a catalogue to my existing website?
Subject to review. Adding a catalogue to a compatible website starts from RM1,288, including the initial 20 products. Features, platform costs and the scope of changes are confirmed first.
Can I see the design direction first?
Yes. For a new catalogue website, we discuss the needs and confirm the budget before I provide one free static homepage hero-section mockup. The full build begins after approval and a deposit. This is not a free complete catalogue or working enquiry system.
